We’ll spend a few moments together saying hi then get comfy and meditate for about 15 minutes. Just enough to stop, calm, and rest before getting back to our days. Though based in mindfulness meditation, there are no special skills required. You
Who is this for?
Everyone! If you’ve meditated before, welcome! If you’ve never meditated before, welcome! If you want to add a moment to pause and breath during your day, welcome! No skills are required, whatever you bring to the table is enough!
What do I need to participate?
Just you, a quiet place, and a few minutes. Though the practice is based on buddhist philosophy, you don’t need any special skills or knowledge to join us. This is just a time to breath together and let go of all of the demand the world places on us.
