We'll begin with a conversation to understand your goals and introduce the fundamentals of mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore your current habits and viewpoints to discover ways to shift them and begin building a meaningful practice.
Recurring Touchpoints
We'll meet regularly—in person or remotely—to check in, discuss what’s working, and address any challenges. These meetings help you stay grounded, focused, and connected to your practice.
Guided Meditation
During our sessions, you’ll be introduced to various guided meditation techniques tailored to your needs. You’ll receive resources and guidance to continue your practice between sessions.
In Between Our Sessions
I’m available via email and Slack if anything comes up or if you want to share your experience. You have ongoing support as you deepen your practice.
Fees
Flexible, contribution-based pricing. Pay what you believe it’s worth based on your circumstances. The average contribution for weekly sessions is $200/month.
My goal is to make mindfulness accessible—not stressful.
