Thought of the Day October 13, 2026

Oct 13

Dubie's Thought of the Day:

I was washing dishes
This morning
When I dropped my carving fork.
Bright and shiny
I wasn't worried,
It'll be there when I look down
Alas it was not.
Certainly there,
Teaching the meaning
Of ungraspable;
This clever cutlery,
Having conspired with single socks,
Was nowhere to be found…
