Anger is rooted in the fear we have about our uncertain future. Hatred is that anger directed at those we Imagine are to blame for that uncertainty.

Accept that the future is unknowable, learn to release your fear and embrace uncertainty as freedom. Then the anger and hatred will fall away leaving behind gratitude for all that the universe gives us.
