Growing plants is an excellent lesson in restraint. To be successful you must be curious about what they are telling you and let go of what you “know".

The dropped leaves, the bounty of blossoms are all messages communicating how to love them; what you think they need is irrelevant and any attempt to apply one system to all is a sure path to failure.

Humans are a lot like plants.
