If the purpose of society is to come together to solve the problems that are difficult if not impossible to solve alone, a culture that centers hyper individualism is self defeating.

We are not a labor pool to be deployed in pursuit of individual gain.

We are an adaptive collaborative system that has forgotten we live as communities to solve communal challenges.
