There is no other ride to board;
No reason to stand in line,
Waiting patiently to be someone else
Is such a waste of who we already are.
Cease grasping at the horizon
It can only recede.
Cast your view to your toes instead;
Beauty has long since arrived.

A surprise flower;

Springing from the twigs and leaves.

No where else to be.
